Comments on Budget Vehicles

Breaks on Budget vehicle failed at route 95 roughly 11:00 pm at rain. I even managed to maneuver & stopped the vehicle without any injury & without running into WAWA comfort store at car rental Texas.

I contacted road side assistance & because of late hours they suggested that I get the hotel when I waited to my vehicle replacement.

3 hours later I got the new vehicle. I have taken pictures of vehicle & conferred with mechanic regarding the identity of liquid leaking freely from vehicle. Our problem confirmed that it was probably a brake fluid from car rentals Boston. THIS WAS WHERE BUDGET MANAGED FOR BREACHING MANY MISSION STATEMENTS. Following experience was created with stress. I'm not treated with honesty, there wasn't any quality in vehicle provided or customer service, and I wasn't treated with any respect or compassion, nor did the Budget displays any team work for coordinating this effort. (PLEASE DO SEE THE BUDGET? AVIS statement Mission - hysterical)

Next morning I called customer services & rental site to discuss an incident and to tell them as result of vehicle failure which I would be at late returning a vehicle in car rental San Antonio. The customer service has said to contact Manager at rental location. Manager declared that she might allow me to keep the vehicle for additional day without any charge. She could update a record so while I returned a vehicle all might be aware of contingencies.

Next day while I returned a vehicle to location I was informed by Supervisor that a Manager didn't update the records to reflect earlier discussion. She even advised me that Manager not longer worked at certain location and at Managers lack she was not been authorized to remove charges from invoice. But, she manages to remove charges associated with extra day but have failed to remove late fees & suggested me to contact customer service department for discussing the matter further.
